Dear Colleagues,
In various nursing forums, nurses have candidly shared their experiences with mental health challenges. Many have also expressed concerns about seeking support for these challenges due to fears about privacy, stigma, or implications for their nursing licensure.
We are conducting a confidential, anonymous survey as part of a pilot study aimed at better understanding these concerns. Your input will inform initiatives that promote mental health awareness, support, and advocacy for nurses.
Participation is completely voluntary, and the survey does not collect any personal identifiers. You may skip any question or stop participation at any time without penalty.
Some questions may prompt reflection on sensitive or emotionally challenging experiences related to your work or well-being. If you experience distress or would like to speak with someone, confidential mental health resources can be found at the beginning of the survey.
