Vitamin K Antagonists May Not Worsen COPD Outcomes

In patients with COPD and atrial fibrillation or flutter, vitamin K antagonists carry a lower 1‑year risk for hospitalization for acute exacerbation of COPD and death than direct oral anticoagulants.
