This is clearly nonsense, but neuroscientist Sabina Brennan was nevertheless intrigued. What might be the real reason that the practices involved in manifesting can benefit people’s lives? She realised that there were several fascinating, evidence-based explanations for why such interventions can rewire the brain in ways that help you achieve what you desire. Sabina Brennan: Manifesting is the practice of transforming thought into reality by visualising your goal and then developing the discipline to stay focused on and take action to achieve that goal.
