Presentation

A 32-year-old man visited his doctor for a pustular eruption that developed within the last week. He had no history of recent travel. He had no systemic symptoms and was otherwise well. The patient had a personal history of acne and ulcerative colitis and had been on dexamethasone for the past 4 weeks for an ulcerative colitis flare-up. On dermatologic examination, several large pustules and secondary hyperpigmented pruriginous papules were seen on his face, neck, and trunk. Can you diagnose the patient?
